As you may or may not know Friday, January 23, 2015 was National Pie Day and no we don't mean 3.14, cause we'd be a few months early. Pie is Will's favorite dessert and in celebration of this auspicious occasion we took a visit to The Little Pie Company where we delighted in five, yes five, baby pies!
First the Sour Cream Apple Walnut Pie....our favorite hands down! It's creamy tart filling complimented the sweet crumble top.
Second, Will's all time favorite, Key Lime Pie, a tart and sweet perfectly baked concoction.
Third, the Banana Cream Coconut Pie, a creamy lush filling with a flaky crust.
Fourth, Pecan Pie, traditional and just as good as how your mamma made it.
Fifth, Will's breakfast this morning, the Mixed Berry Pie!
